Given the great diversity of landscapes that the Lleida Pyrenees offers, the flavors of its gastronomy could not be less genuine and varied. And as for traditional dishes, snails casserole, llauna or brutesca, recapte cake, the cassola de tros, the cassolada, the famous olla aranesa, among many other specialties presented in traditional dishes that coexist in perfect harmony with the culinary forefront.
